Sincerely Dan This is an unconditional for Deluxe Fuel and Home Comfort Zone’s MyTemp System. Deluxe Fuel system recommendations, installation, and operation ore perfect. The Home Comfort Zone system has been in use for about a year and it is a fantastic system. Brian from Deluxe Fuel was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our concern’s and recommend a high efficiency Trane gas furnace, electronic air cleaner and the Home Comfort Zone’s MyTemp system. It was a great recommendation and a competitive price. The installation was amazing. Hats off to Craig! The installers arrived when we scheduled, and installed the new furnace and removed the old oil burner without a single spot on our white carpet or white walls. We left one day and that evening a new system installed and the house warm. Even the multiday MyTemp system was installed without disruption. Amazing. The service after the sale was also high quality. We had a hidden damper blow shut, and Deluxe was great at tracing the problem and fixing it without charge. I cannot say enough – a great job. Thank you to the whole Deluxe team A little more about the Home Comfort Zone system. Our justification to purchase the MyTemp system was energy savings but now that it is installed the clear value is comfort. It is amazing to have all the rooms be the same temperature. The upstairs is no longer the hotter that the downstairs. Our Master Bedroom was a problem room being the farthest from the furnace and was always cold in the winter and to hot in the summer. Now the master bedroom is now the same temperature as the rest of the house. The problem completely solved. We even have house guests commenting on how comfortable the guest room is. The guest adjust the temperature to their liking. The change in comfort is very noticeable. Our house no longer feels chilly in the winter or overheated in the summer. All this comfort does not mean there was no energy savings. I cannot give a precise energy savings since we had a Home Comfort Zone system installed when we switched from an old oil furnace to a gas furnace. What I do know is that for all but the hottest few days the air conditioner is on very little. Most of the summer the system is circulating the cool downstairs air with the warm upstairs air. There were many days that I checked the system and the air conditioner never ran ( or just a hour or so in the evening ) even though it was very hot outside. It was noticeable how much less the air conditioner ran this summer. I also no longer turn up the heat in the winter because it feels damp and chilly. Every room is always the same temperature, I am no longer chilly. We typically have 4 rooms in saver mode, savings energy. We found out that the main living space in the center of the house is now noticeably warmer. The energy monitor feature taught us that the living space drives most winter cycles – it was the coldest room in the house – no wonder we felt chilly. Now it is always the same temperature. No more cheating up the thermostat just to make it comfortable. All in all we are very pleased with Deluxe Fuel and with the Home Comfort System MyTemp System.
